We provide customer-centric services and focus resources to exceed expectations; and ensure our customers, employees, and other stakeholders are the focal point of all decisions and actions.Join A3T and watch your career soar!Responsibilities As an Asset Management Property Stock Clerk, you will perform asset management stock clerk activities at all locations supporting organizational staff members within the DISA JS user community at the Pentagon and you will interact daily with Service Deck Technicians to ensure productivity and provide resolution to asset management property issues that the Service Deck Technicians may have with existing peripheral equipment. As an Asset Management Stock Clerk, you will asset the J6 Property Team manage the flow of equipment to and from the warehouse to ensure asset management services are delivered in a timely fashion. You will also assist in identifying, researching and resolving problems. Highlights of Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of peripheral stock for the Pentagon, Mark Center and remote locations as needed.
- Keep track of all peripherals on a spreadsheet which is used to report what assets we have for current needs, usage trends and projections for future use of peripherals. Reports all out of stock items.
- Monitor the J6 Equipment Back Order queue in SNOW, move tickets to the proper EUD queue in SNOW when the requested peripheral arrives from warehouse. Update the J6 Equipment Back Order queue as needed.
- Orders peripherals for all DISA locations from warehouse and have peripherals moved from one location to another as needed.
- Creates SNOW tickets for warehouse to collect End of Life, DRMO peripherals and monitors.
- Keeps all peripheral stock locations always organized.
- Supports distribution of equipment, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to monitor and ensure desired delivery times.
- Duties include unboxing computers from warehouse, tracking assets in Remedy tickets, working with DPAS Property Custodians to assure proper asset tracking
- Deliver weekly and monthly deliverables (e.g., Weekly Activity Reports (WARs)/Monthly Status Reports (MSRs)
- And other assigned duties.
Requirements:- US Department of Defense (DOD) issued Secret Clearance.
