Microsoft M365 Administrator (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and CoPilot.
· Manage user accounts, permissions, licensing, and access controls to maintain a secure and efficient environment.
· Provide Tier II/III support for M365-related issues, including troubleshooting escalated incidents, service outages, and complex system errors.
· Monitor and optimize the performance of M365 services, ensuring efficient resource utilization and minimal downtime.
· Implement and maintain security configurations, patch testing, and compliance with agency baselines and federal standards.
· Develop, implement, and test backup and disaster recovery solutions for M365 services.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation for M365 configurations, policies, and procedures.
· Work closely with other IT teams to integrate M365 with on-premises systems (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune) and cloud services (e.g., Azure).
· Train and support end-users on M365 features, functionality, and best practices to maximize adoption.
· Stay current on Microsoft roadmap and emerging technologies, recommending enhancements to improve business productivity.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M365 administration
· Demonstrated hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
· Experience implementing security, compliance, and governance policies in a federal or regulated IT environment.
Certifications
· Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Associate or equivalent Microsoft certifications.
· Preferred ITIL v4 certification or familiarity with IT service management best practices.
· Preferred Experience supporting federal agency IT environments, including compliance with FISMA, NIST, and OMB guidelines.

- Must pass background investigation.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
